Accessibility: The client is responsible for removing all window treatments, mirrors, works of art and valuables from the painting area. Furniture is to be moved out of the room or a minimum of 4 feet from the walls for access. Children and animals must be kept fully out of and away from the work area.
Change Orders: Any alteration of deviation from the contract specifications involving extra costs will be executed only upon written order, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon strikes, accidents, or delays beyond our control.
